All unscheduled weekend, holiday and after hours work is billed at full rate and with a minimum of 3 hours.

​​The residential total hourly rateis $100 an hour with a 2-hour minimum. This is for one person working on-site. 

We offer a 25% labor discount for "Quick pay" payments received within five business days. If payment is received within five business days, the Rate becomes $75 an hour. If payment is not received within five business days of receipt of the invoice, the Labor discount is forfeited, and all labor is billed at $100.00 an hour. If payment can't be made, please get in touch with us. We are always willing to work with our customers.

ALL WORK IS DONE AT TIME AND MATERIAL, WE DON'T PROVIDE QUOTES OR ESTIMATES ON SMALLER JOBS.

Commercial full hourly rate

is $160 an hour.

We offer a 25% labor discount on all invoices paid within 10 business days of receipt invoice from HDHLLC during Monday thru Friday on non holidays. With discount applied hourly rate is $120.00 an hour.

All work is done at time and material, unless otherwise agreed in writing thru a written contract.
